Padel includes repeated side steps, turns and short accelerations. Look for a stable heel and sidewall structure rather than treating every sports shoe as interchangeable.
Outsole requirements vary with court surface and sand. Check the manufacturer’s intended use and the venue you play most often.
Fit remains individual
Length, width and heel hold matter more than a generic size label. Availability by size can also make a low advertised price irrelevant.
