Machine classification sorts review sentiment and translates non-English source text. Any result that disagrees with a human spot-check by more than 1.5 points is reviewed by an editor before it reaches a score. AI does not write verdicts, and it does not choose an Editor’s Pick.
Conflicts of interest
Nobody on the team holds equity in a brand or retailer we cover. If that ever changes for a specific product, we disclose it on that product’s page before the score, not after.
