Padel racket weight and balance
Understand static weight, balance and why both affect manoeuvrability.

Listed weight is a range
Manufacturing tolerances, grips and protectors mean a racket rarely lands on one exact number. Compare ranges and remember that accessories add mass.
A lighter racket may be easier to prepare and can reduce fatigue, but stability also depends on how mass is distributed.
Balance changes perceived weight
Head-heavy rackets can feel slower despite an ordinary scale weight. Low-balance models bring mass closer to the hand and usually react faster.
When sources disagree, prefer an official specification or repeated agreement across independent retailers.
